Our Team

Fran Appler, Ph.D.

I have been a Licensed Psychologist for over43 years. Trained as a Neuropsychologist, working with people who had sustained brain damage, I transitioned into working in the private practice sector, treating anxiety disorders in 1993. Soon after I opened my private practice, I needed to add Associates to practice with me. Our practice has always been located in Pikesville. It has been our privilege to served people living in Baltimore County and Baltimore City.

Currently, I manage the practice and offer consultations.

Lisa Gregory, LCPC

For over 25 years I have had the pleasure and privilege of working with children, adolescents, and their families, as well as with adults.  Humor, playfulness and warmth are key ingredients of my work. I remain passionate about helping individuals and families improve their lives through a strength-based, cognitive-behavioral approach to treatment. I hold a particular interest in helping children, teens and adults demystify anxiety and learn how to change the way they respond to their worry. Psychoeducation, concrete tools and curiosity are all part of my treatment perspective.

Natalie Beglau-Pueyo, LCPC

As a dedicated mental health counselor specializing in anxiety disorders, I am passionate about supporting individuals of all ages on their journey toward mental wellness. My approach centers around empowering my clients to overcome their fears and phobias, fostering resilience and confidence. I also emphasize the importance of accepting imperfection, guiding clients to embrace their authentic selves. Utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychoeducation, I strive to provide a compassionate and tailored therapeutic experience for each individual I work with. Together, we can navigate the challenges of anxiety and cultivate a fulfilling life.
